Q. How do I track an order?
A. Orders can be tracked from the Order Tracking page.
When your order shows a "Shipped" status you will be able to track your order. Enter the order number, and you will be able to see the date that your order was shipped, the carrier that was used for shipping, and the tracking number issued by the carrier (UPS, DHL, and FedEx).
Q. What types of shipping methods do you use?
A. The shipment method varies using either UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Freight. All shipping is done by Ground method.
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A. No. We require all destinations to be actual street addresses.
Q. Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
A. We are currently unable to ship to APO and FPO addresses.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We do not ship internationally.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. Master Card or Visa credit card or through PayPal.
Q. Is there a minimum order quantity?
A. No.
